1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OSUSU, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You must undergo KYC verification to participate in any savings group.
3. Rotational Savings (Osusu) Rules
Members must commit to set contribution schedules. Failure to contribute on time may lead to group suspension, loss of security deposit, or restricted access to future payouts. Payout order is determined by the group rules and system rotation.
4. Fees and Payments
Some groups may require a creation fee or platform service fee. All financial transactions are processed via Stripe. OSUSU is not responsible for bank fees or delays caused by third-party processors.
5. Limitation of Liability
OSUSU provides a matching and management platform. While we facilitate secure cycles, total payout is dependent on member participation. We are not liable for individual member default, though we implement security measures to minimize risk.
OSUSU reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
